Well, if you were a giant snake living in a small pool under a castle, there wouldn't be much else to do with your time but organize the skulls over and over again, waiting for more trespassers.
Butch and Wes are so mean, as well as random people who comment negatively on Duster throughout the game. I guess he's just easy to pick on.
