i've been on a making myself do an art everyday challenge! it really helps keep me in the swing of arting, which is good because i get unswung SO EASILY. also it means i've churned out a few arts for youse lot.


i decided to do like a million angelguys in the style of various people IT WAS COOL you can learn a lot about your own style by not using it, somehow
this one is in the style of AznMexTofu

style of sir_stache . ended up looking through their ENTIRE DEVART while doing this, and i definitely had to have a go at this shading style

THIS ONE DEFINITELY TOOK THE LONGEST. this one is in the comic style of the 10%+ story here. definitely fun to go around using silly attack names heheheh. i definitely gotta do more comics like this, so fun

every time i start to do a practise page its degraded to doodles at the end

only time i actually succeed doing a character lineup and they're all TINY

except i don't have many so everyone is either orange or black (or an alien) /racist
and there is no room for clothing subtleties either, though i kinda like how they turned out anyway

LEARN CHEMISTRY AS YOU READ ART POSTS its exam season, okay

i was trying to draw a comic and i got frustrated
so i did the only thing that can possibly done when you're frustrated

ANYWAY in a fit of slacking off from exam revision video game buying, i got mirror's edge. its one of those love it or hate it games and i have managed to do both at the same time, it is so annoyances sometimes but when it isn't AAAAAAA SO GOOD. everything looks AMAZING and unique, all white and bright colours, lovely to watch as you run around the rooftops or wherever. when everything is going smoothly its a great feeling (sadly doesn't happen much at the start OR IN CHAPTER 4 GAAUUUURGH) and well, its cheap. i got it for like £3 or something ridiculous, its well worth it GET THIS GAME EVERYONE
